All Bailey made truck tarps are custom manufactured to order, this ensures a tight fit with properly located wear strips resulting in a longer life with less maintenance. Pick from a wide range of common colours to match your colour scheme.
Committed to Quality
Our commitment to quality starts with sourcing the right materials to do the job. As standard we use tough 900 gsm fabrics which are electro welded and reinforced in high wear areas. For a longer life under tough conditions, where possible stainless steel or aluminium is the material of choice for mechanical components. These components are made on site or sourced directly from the manufacturer allowing us to control the quality and provide feedback for continual improvement and innovation.
Powered tarp systems
Powered tarps have become a key innovation in providing a safe working environment, preventing neck and back strain while providing a fast simple solution which can work for most trailers. Available for roll over and front to back tarps, we use and recommend Razor International power tarp systems.

Front to Back Power Tarp
Using the Razor Front-to-Back Power Tarp is one of the safest and most reliable ways to cover a semi-trailer or rigid truck while keeping the driver safe. It has been custom-designed to take the hard work out of manually winding the tarp over the vehicle and drastically reduce the risk of injury.
When the Razor Front-to-Back Power Tarp is installed, the driver has the option to stay in the cab during operation and still have the same amount of control over the trailer or rigid. The system is easy to use, timesaving and highly efficient. Razor’s Power Tarp comes complete with manual override capability and is powered with the Razor Power Kit.
